Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 13, 2026 · Effective date: April 13, 2026

Right Image Digital ("Gig," "we," "our," or "us") operates the Gig mobile application and related websites (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Summary: We collect information you provide (account, messages, photos) and information generated by your use of the app (location, usage data). If you become a Trusted member, we also process your one-time membership or application payment (via Stripe) and maintain referral-program records (your referral code, who referred you, and your earnings). We use this information to run the marketplace and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information. You can delete your account at any time from the app.

1. Who We Are

The Service is operated by Right Image Digital, the data controller for personal information processed through the App. Contact: isaac@rightimagedigital.com.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

2.2 Profile & Content

2.3 Location Data

With your permission, we collect your device's precise or approximate location to show nearby providers and display your general location to potential customers. You can disable this in your device settings at any time.

2.4 Camera & Photos

With your permission, we access your camera and photo library so you can upload profile pictures and service photos.

2.5 Usage & Device Data

2.6 Push Notification Tokens

If you enable push notifications, Expo issues a push token we store to deliver message and activity alerts.

2.7 Payment & Membership Information

If you purchase the one-time Trusted membership (or pay the application fee), your payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. directly — we do not receive or store full card numbers. We do store your membership status, the amount and date of your payment, and Stripe's transaction identifiers.

If you participate in the referral program, we store your referral code, the user who referred you (if any), the referral rewards you have earned (an earnings ledger), and any payout records. To pay out your earnings we use the peer-to-peer payment handle (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or Zelle) you choose to provide in your profile. See Section 4 of our Terms of Service for how the referral program works.
